The Sierra Instruments PowerMass TM500™ is a high-performance industrial thermal mass flow meter built for direct gas mass-flow measurement — eliminating volume-to-mass calculations — in both insertion and in-line configurations. Built on Sierra’s robust DigiSense™ sensor design, the TM500 ships with AC or DC power options and field-changeable gas selection through the optional Gas-Mix™ feature.

Accuracy is rated at ±1.0% of reading plus ±0.2% of full-scale on air and nitrogen, and ±1.5% of reading plus ±0.5% of full-scale on other gases, with ±0.2% of full-scale repeatability. TM500-View and on-board TM-Cal validation generate encrypted calibration certificates for compliance with local metrology requirements, and standard delivery runs 2–3 weeks with 1-week delivery available.
