Having the right instruments is essential to maintaining safe and efficient operations in industrial environments.Jadler’s line of pressure sensors and gauges are used predominantly to provide safe, accurate and reliable pressure readings in process industries across a variety of sectors. This includes chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and many others.
Applications include monitoring and controlling pressure in pipelines, tanks, and reactors, ensuring the safe operation of boilers and other pressure vessels, and measuring the pressure of gases and liquids in various processes. Our pressure sensors and gauges can be implemented to measure a wide range of pressure differences, with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability.
Optional configurations allow for different pressure ranges, materials, mounting, output signals, and certifications. They can be set to different units such as psi, bar, kPa, mmHg, or inches of water and are available in both manual gauges and sensors.

- Process control systems: Process industries, including chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and food processing, deploy pressure sensors and gauges to monitor and control fluid flow and pressure, as well as measure the level and pressure in tanks and vessels.
- Building automation & HVAC systems: Measure and control airflow, air pressure and ventilation in HVAC systems, including air handlers, ducts, and filters. Our HVAC sensors and gauges also measure pressure drops across heat exchangers and coils.

Series 3500 smart differential pressure transmitter (Dwyer instruments):
The Series 3500 Smart Differential Pressure Transmitter is a microprocessor-based high-performance transmitter, which has flexible pressure calibration, push button configuration, and is programmable using HART® Communication.
The Series 3500 is capable of being configured for differential pressure or level applications with zero and span buttons. A field calibrator is not required for configuration. The transmitter software compensates for thermal effects, improving performance. EEPROM stores configuration settings and stores sensor correction coefficients in the event of shutdowns or power loss. The Series 3500 can be configured to be ATEX or IECEX approved for use in hazardous (classified) locations. The rangeability allows the smart transmitter to be configured to fit any application.
