The Sierra Instruments SmartTrak® 100 is Sierra’s flagship true multi-gas digital mass flow controller, designed for lab researchers, OEMs, and system integrators who need smooth, stable, accurate, and repeatable gas mass-flow control. Direct thermal mass-flow technology — unaffected by upstream temperature and pressure fluctuations — delivers ±0.5% of full-scale accuracy backed by a 10-point NIST-traceable calibration over the entire flow range.

Available in flow ranges up to 1,000 slpm and higher, the SmartTrak 100 is CE-approved and ships in multiple sizes, industrial waterproof enclosures, and operating pressure / temperature classes. A face-mounted or remote Pilot Module lets users view and change every aspect of the instrument — gas selection (via Dial-A-Gas®), engineering units, flow range, zero, span, and full scale — without losing accuracy.
