Sierra Instruments InnovaSwitch Flow Switch

The Sierra Instruments InnovaSwitch™ is an ultra-sensitive thermal flow switch built for precision flow / no-flow detection in both liquids and gases. Engineered for heavy industry, the switch is free of moving parts that can stick, coat, or fail — and its self-heating sensor design improves repeatability without the response-time penalty of a separate heater.

InnovaSwitch operates across a wide temperature window of −100°F to 390°F (−70°C to 200°C), comes standard in 316L stainless steel, and can be ordered in exotic materials including Hastelloy, Monel, and Inconel for aggressive process service. Removable plug-in electronics simplify field maintenance, with a high-temperature version available where the standard range is insufficient.
