Brad Smith

President, Partner

Brad is a Chartered Professional Accountant by training and an entrepreneur by nature. He’s continually seeking new ways to expand our product and service offering to deliver the value-added, customer-centric service that has always set Jadler apart. Before joining Jadler, Brad served for 6-years as the CFO for a private oilfield service company operating in Canada and the US. He was extremely hands-on in business development and operations, where he showed a knack for technology and problem-solving. Today, he draws on this experience to lead Jadler’s management team and advises Jadler’s industrial clients on instrumentation, automation and remote monitoring solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Levi Braithwaite

Vice President - Operations

Levi was personally recruited by Jadler’s founder, John Sadler, in 1999. At the time he worked in Penticton as a sanitary TIG welder, building stainless beer and wine tanks: skills that were in high demand. Fast forward to 2010: Levi returned to Jadler in a senior sales and shop management role and would soon become a vital cog in the new ownership team. Today, Levi has three primary areas of focus. The first is leveraging his vast technical know-how to provide process consultation and design services for large food & beverage projects. The second is business development, and the third is overseeing Jadler’s bustling fabrication shop. Levi’s specialized knowledge base, dependability, and drive for superior quality is what makes Levi an asset to the Jadler team and what earned him an ownership position.

Sherry Bonn

Vice President - Finance

As a former pharmaceutical chemist, Sherry has made it her lifelong goal to find the formula for success. She initially joined Jadler as a sales administrator. Proving herself a deft and astute understudy, her role quickly expanded. Sherry soon began overseeing purchasing and inventory management. Today, as a partner in the business, her responsibilities include accounting and supply chain management, and customer support. Sherry brings a strong work ethic and genuine tenacity to everything she does. She is proud to lead an incredible team that’s always there for Jadler’s many clients and suppliers.
