Blue-White CHEM-FEED® CD1 / CD3 Multi-Diaphragm Metering Pumps

The Blue-White CHEM-FEED® CD1 and CD3 are multi-diaphragm metering pumps built around Hyperdrive® Technology — alternating pumping action between two diaphragms so flow stays smooth and continuous, even on chemicals that off-gas such as peracetic acid and sodium hypochlorite. Because one diaphragm is always under discharge while the other is on suction, the pump will not vapor lock and cannot lose prime.

Exclusive DiaFlex® and Flex-A-Prene® diaphragms deliver superior chemical resistance and long service life. CD1 covers precision low-flow dosing up to 7 GPH at 180 psi, while CD3 extends the platform up to 52.6 GPH at 145 psi with a 5″ touchscreen and full digital control suite — one drop-in family across the chemical feed range.
