Blue-White SONIC-PRO® MS6 Ultrasonic Chemical Feed Flow Meter

Blue-White SONIC-PRO® MS6 Ultrasonic Chemical Feed Flow Meter

Blue-White SONIC-PRO® MS6 Ultrasonic Chemical Feed Flow Meter

The Blue-White SONIC-PRO® MS6 is an ultrasonic flow meter built specifically to verify chemical feed from metering pumps. The meter plumbs directly into the chemical feed line and uses ultrasonic measurement to track flow rates as low as 10 mL/min in real time, delivering both rate and totalization to PLC, SCADA, or any control system over analog and digital outputs.

The MS6 ships plug-and-play with pre-configured chemistries, then fine-tunes to site fluids through Blue-Central® desktop software. Wetted parts are PEEK transducer and PVDF (optional PVC) body for broad chemical compatibility, and the polycarbonate enclosure is rated NEMA 4X (IP66) for wash-down service alongside Blue-White CHEM-FEED and FLEXFLO pumps.
