Blue-White FLEXFLO® A3 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The Blue-White FLEXFLO® A3 is a high-turndown peristaltic metering pump for precise chemical dosing across municipal, industrial, and water-treatment service. The pump is self-priming against full line pressure with 30 ft of suction lift, eliminating the need for bypass valves and removing any risk of vapor lock or loss of prime.

A 5″ touchscreen color LCD drives a full digital control suite — 4–20 mA, pulse, frequency, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFIBUS — while patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) senses chemical in the pump head and trips an alarm before a leak becomes a spill. A heavy-duty rotor and modular roller assembly let operators change tubes without tools.
