Waukesha Votator Origin Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger
Waukesha Votator Origin Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger
The Waukesha Votator® Origin Series brings the legendary Votator scraped-surface heat-exchanger platform — long the SPX FLOW benchmark for processing viscous, particulate, and heat-sensitive products — into a flexible, pilot-friendly format. The Origin is engineered for use from 14 to 302°F (−10 to 150°C) at design pressures up to 290 psi (20 bar) standard, with an optional 362 psi (25 bar) configuration.
Materials of construction support acidic fluids, and a low-pressure-drop flow design lets operators process products containing particles and solids without damaging texture or yield. The Votator® Origin is available in three lengths — pilot (5×20), small (5×40), and long (5×80) — sized for both production lines and pilot/R&D facilities.
