Waukesha U3 Positive Displacement Pump

The Waukesha Universal 3 (U3) Series is the latest addition to the Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® positive displacement pump family by SPX FLOW, engineered for hygienic applications in food and beverage processing. A front-loading seal design with no bearings in the product zone delivers reliable sanitary fluid transfer in a 316L stainless steel body and cover, with pressure capability up to 500 psi (34.5 bar) and a standard temperature rating of 300°F (149°C).

Each U3 pump is assembled and tested in Delavan, Wisconsin and ships with “Waukesha 88” non-galling rotors and a standard 304 stainless steel gear case — engineered for the daily rigors of food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and personal-care production environments.
