Iwaki Air TC-X500W 2" Heavy-Duty Flap-Valve AODD Pump

The Iwaki Air TC-X500W is a highly engineered 2-inch aluminum heavy-duty flap-valve AODD pump built for the most challenging and demanding fluid-transfer applications. A heavy-duty, mechanically actuated shifting mechanism paired with a non-centering, coil-spring-assisted air motor resists stalling and freezing in almost all operating conditions, while a top-down fluid path (top inlet, bottom outlet) drives reliable, efficient transfer of large solids and slurry-laden liquids.

HNBR rubber-encapsulated steel flap valves handle solids up to 1.77″ (45 mm), and the platform scales to 158.5 GPM (600 LPM) at a maximum discharge head of 230 ft (70 m). CE- and ATEX-certified for hazardous-area service.
