Iwaki Air TC-X250 1" Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm Pump
The Iwaki Air TC-X250 is a 1-inch heavy-duty air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump engineered for excellent leak resistance, exceptional flow performance, and high reliability across demanding fluid-handling duties. The new Looped C® Air Motor Technology paired with the Air EcoRing feature delivers lower compressed-air consumption than conventional AODDs, while a C-Spring spool valve drives stable, reliable shifting under continuous service.
The TC-X250 scales to 58.1 GPM (220 LPM) with a maximum discharge head of 230 ft (70 m), supports solids handling, and is available in Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene (GFRPP), PVDF Kynar®, Stainless Steel 316, Aluminum, or Cast Iron — matching the wetted-material profile to any chemical or process duty.
