Walchem Intuition-6 Water Treatment Controller

The Walchem Intuition-6 is a wall-mount water-treatment controller built for versatile, multi-loop chemistry control across cooling towers, boilers, and chemical-feed systems. A large icon-driven touchscreen and universal sensor input make setup fast, while six relay outputs and an optional combination sensor + analog input board give the platform extraordinary flexibility — one controller drives metering pumps, valves, and lead/lag loops across a wide range of sensors.

An optional dual 4-20 mA input supports fluorometers and other process values, and the optional Ethernet card delivers remote access via web browser, LAN, BACnet, or Modbus/TCP. With amperometric chlorine sensors the Intuition-6 supports chlorine reporting in accordance with EPA Method 334.0.
