SANDPIPER HDF3 / HDF4 3" & 4" Metallic Heavy-Duty AODD Flap Valve Pumps

SANDPIPER HDF3 / HDF4 3

SANDPIPER HDF3 / HDF4 3" & 4" Metallic Heavy-Duty AODD Flap Valve Pumps

The SANDPIPER HDF3 and HDF4 are 3″ (80 mm) and 4″ (100 mm) metallic, heavy-duty air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) flap valve pumps. Thick wall-constructed of sand-casted aluminum, cast iron, or stainless steel, the platform is engineered for line-size solids handling and superior suction lift in tough industrial service.

The flap valve geometry passes solids up to nearly 3″ (75 mm) directly through the pump and provides up to 24 ft of suction lift in water — about 15% greater than ball valve pumps — from a dry prime. Both sizes ship with 150# ANSI flanged ports.

Service Manuals & Data Sheets — Material Variants

The HDF3 / HDF4 family ships in three material constructions. Use the manual and data sheet that match your pump’s wetted-parts material:
