SANDPIPER HDB2 / HDB50 2" Metallic Heavy-Duty AODD Ball Valve Pump

The SANDPIPER HDB2 and HDB50 are 2″ (50 mm) metallic, heavy-duty air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) ball valve pumps. Engineered with an extended-wear package for abrasive-slurry service, the platform offers top-ported and down-ported configurations to match the solids profile of the application.

The top-port option handles floating solids, suspended solids, and entrained gases by positioning the discharge port above the pump center for easier evacuation. The down-port option targets settling solids by placing discharge below center so solids pass through the elbow, reducing diaphragm wear. HDB2 ships with 2″ NPT ports and HDB50 with 2″ BSP ports.
