The Pyxis SP-800 is a handheld, IP67 multi-parameter water analysis tester that combines a seven-wavelength colorimeter with a true-turbidity direct-read turbidimeter in one rugged instrument. It ships pre-calibrated with 65-plus reagent-based methods — compatible with Pyxis and Hach reagents in 10 mL and 25 mL vials — covering the routine chemistry of municipal, environmental and industrial water: chlorine, hardness, iron, copper, phosphate, nitrate, ammonia, silica and more.
The sunlight-readable graphical display shows a live concentration-versus-time curve during colour development, and Bluetooth 5.0 links the meter to the uPyxis app for data transfer, firmware updates and user-defined methods. Four AA batteries give about six months of typical use.
