Iwaki MDM Series Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pump

Iwaki MDM Series Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pump

Iwaki MDM Series Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pump

The Iwaki MDM Series is a magnetic-drive, sealless chemical process pump engineered for the most demanding aggressive-chemical handling — bleach, sulphuric acid, caustics, and high-purity transfer duties. A unique non-contact system design lets the pump withstand dry running where conventional fluororesin mag drives would fail, the operating temperature range expands to 300 °F, and solids handling rises to 10% — addressing real-world process conditions other mag drives can’t.

Two materials of construction and convenient close-coupled mounting configurations adapt the MDM to a wide spectrum of chemistries, while the modular back pull-out design lets operators inspect or service the pump while the line stays pressurized. Total head reaches 350 ft (107 m) at flows to 400 GPM (1,514 LPM).
