Iwaki LKN Series Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump

Iwaki LKN Series Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump

Iwaki LKN Series Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump

The Iwaki LKN Series is the workhorse of the Iwaki metering pump family — a motor-driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump rated to 114 GPH (432 L/H) and 225 PSI (1.5 MPa) for the most demanding industrial chemical-feed duties. A micrometer-dial springback stroke-adjustment mechanism (lockable, 10–100% adjustable) delivers accurate, repeatable setpoints, while a dual-cam drive with built-in worm-gear speed reducer, aluminum-bronze worm gear, and tapered roller bearing transmits motor power efficiently for continuous operation.

Totally enclosed fan-cooled motors mount vertically to save space, with optional explosion-proof and DC variable-speed motors enabling external 4-20 mA control. The LKN is the proven choice for water treatment, chemical process, agriculture, mining, and pulp-and-paper installations.
