Iwaki IX Series Digital Chemical Metering Pump
Iwaki IX Series Digital Chemical Metering Pump
The Iwaki IX Series is a new generation of digitally controlled, direct-drive diaphragm metering pumps engineered for the most demanding automated chemical-delivery duties — water treatment, chemical processes, and dosing applications including bleach. Brushless DC motor control and a proprietary liquid-end design deliver an industry-leading 1000:1 turndown ratio, flow rates from 0.02 GPH (7.5 mL/H) up to 80 GPH (300 L/H), and ±1% repeatability across the operating range.
Helical gears and a return-spring drive train cut power consumption by up to 70% versus conventional mechanical metering pumps, while the high-compression pump head ensures fast priming and zero gas-lock at any flow rate up to full rated pressure.
