Fristam FPR Hygienic Centrifugal Pump

Fristam FPR Hygienic Centrifugal Pump

Fristam FPR Hygienic Centrifugal Pump

The Fristam FPR Series is a hygienic centrifugal pump engineered for sanitary fluid transfer in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and personal care applications. Its defining innovation is a front-loading mechanical seal that allows processors to service the pump in place — reducing maintenance time and total cost of ownership without sacrificing performance.

Built from 316L stainless steel castings and forgings, the FPR withstands hydraulic shock and cavitation, and runs quietly and stably even in demanding production environments. Across 30+ models, the FPR delivers flow ranges from 26.9 to 2,000 GPM at speeds of 1,750–3,600 RPM, with maximum differential head up to 185 ft (80.1 PSI). Optional pharmaceutical finishes, drainable features, and special alloys (Hastelloy®, AL-6XN®) are available for the most demanding cleanability and material requirements.
