Fristam FDS Sanitary Twin Screw Pump

Fristam FDS Sanitary Twin Screw Pump

Fristam FDS Sanitary Twin Screw Pump

The Fristam FDS is a positive-displacement sanitary twin-screw pump designed to handle both viscous and low-viscosity fluids in a single hygienic system. Reimagined twin-screw technology delivers smooth, low-pulsation flow with contact-free screws — protecting shear-sensitive products while supporting clean-in-place and steam-in-place operation.

Six standard sizes (Nano through 5) cover flow rates up to 350 m³/h at pressures up to 25 bar (363 PSI), with viscosities to 1,000,000 cps and operating speeds up to 4,000 RPM. The three-piece casing accepts flexible connection types and front-loading mechanical seals (single or double, flushed or pressurized). The FDS handles process fluids and cleaning solutions through one pump, eliminating the need for a dedicated CIP loop.
