Blue-White FLEXFLO® A-100N Peristaltic Metering Pump

The Blue-White FLEXFLO® A-100N is a compact peristaltic metering pump engineered for accurate, reliable chemical dosing in municipal and industrial water service. The peristaltic design has no internal valves to clog, is self-priming against full line pressure, and cannot vapor lock or lose prime — eliminating the bypass valves and priming aids needed by diaphragm pumps on volatile feeds.

A patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) circuit senses chemical in the pump head if the tube wears through and trips an alarm output relay, protecting the installation from chemical spills. Tube material options (Norprene®, Norprene® Chemical, Tygothane®) let the A-100N be configured to the chemistry on site, and NSF/ANSI 61 listing makes it ready for drinking-water duty.
