APV SV1 / SVS1F Series Butterfly Valves

APV SV1 / SVS1F Series Butterfly Valves

APV SV1 / SVS1F Series Butterfly Valves

The APV SV1 and SVS1F Series Butterfly Valves are sanitary shut-off and control valves engineered for hygienic processing in dairy, beverage, brewery, personal care, and chemical applications. Smooth product passages and special seals ensure thorough cleaning, while a unique metallic stop prevents the flanges from being over-tightened — protecting the valve seal from mechanical over-stress and extending seal lifetime.

A single actuator covers all diameters from 1″ (DN 25) to 4″ (DN 100), simplifying spare-parts inventory and commissioning. Slide bearings on the disc pivots improve operating reliability, while visual position indication confirms open/closed status at a glance. The SVS1F intermediate-flange design allows simple removal and easy access of valves located in lengthy or fixed pipelines. ATEX-compliant models and electro-pneumatic flow control with Bürkert positioner are available.
