APV Rannie 57T / Gaulin 57T High-Pressure Homogenizer

The APV Rannie® 57T and Gaulin® 57T are high-pressure homogenizers engineered for a wide range of dairy, food, beverage, industrial, and pharmaceutical applications. The 57T combines the proven Rannie and Gaulin liquid-end designs with a new modular power-end platform — bringing improved operator interface, simplified routine maintenance, and a lower total cost of ownership.

Capacities reach 3,550 GPH at 1,885 PSI (Rannie three-piece valve housing) or 4,225 GPH at 1,500 PSI (Gaulin mono-block), with the high-pressure end of the range scaling up to 21,750 PSI (1,500 bar) for the most demanding applications. Hard-metal-coated long-life plungers, hydraulic valve actuation, and a 3-A sanitary stainless-steel liquid end ensure durability and hygienic compliance.
