At Jadler, we pride ourselves on our ability to ‘Think like an Operator.’ So, when we were contracted by a BC-based fluids solution company to develop a remote pH monitoring system with a by-pass system for easy cleaning and calibration – we immersed ourselves in delivering a user-friendly design.
Based on project specifications, we integrated sensorex s600 series ph sensors with a walchem w600 i/o controller. It was all built into a secure enclosure that included a cellular modem for wireless communication. We fabricated a line bypass using 6” butterfly valves. This allowed the operator to clean and calibrate the sensors without having to shut down the system.
Not only that, current ph levels, historical data and log charts could all be view online using fluent® water treatment management software.
The talented team in our shop looked at the design from all angles. Due to space constraints, they determined optimal placement for the panel door and controller. To put the equipment in place, the system was mounted on a stainless-steel frame with adjustable legs for leveling. The frame included hooks to help with transportation and placement.
It’s these thoughtful little touches that set jadler apart, and help our clients work smarter, not harder.
